About the classes
Our yoga classes provide a compassionate and playful space for you to sense into how you are- both physically and mentally- and what you need that day. We wish to help you develop a deeper understanding and relationship with your mind and body to help you take care of you.

I teach Sattva Yoga Journeys with roots in the Himalayan traditions blended with my own learnings from dancing down the mountain on my skis. I wish to weave the wisdom from the Himalayas with the traditions of the north with an intention to expand in love.
My intention is to bring clarity and guide you to your own truth, your innate being. So that we may be ourselves with complete confidence and love. On my classes we will be using asanas, mantra, pranayama, kriya and meditation, an integrated practice which leads us to expansion, evolution and liberation.
Preparing us on all planes for transformation and being able to access more of the infinite intelligence. If you are curious to dive deeper into your True self and strengthen physically, mentally and spiritually, come join. I will be All in for you. All levels are welcome, from beginners to experienced Yogis.

Each week, we focus on different practices, from dynamic flows to calming meditations, so there's always something new to experience: Hatha, Vinyasa, Nidra and Pranayama.
Hatha Yoga: Build strength and flexibility with mindful movements and breathwork.
Vinyasa Flow: Energize and invigorate with dynamic sequences linking breath and movement.
Yoga Nidra: Deep relaxation and meditation for inner calm and rejuvenation.
Pranayama: Breathing techniques to improve focus, reduce stress, and enhance well-being. -

We host sessions for a variety of events like weddings, birthdays, hen or stag parties, school trips, or simply for friends visiting the stunning Lofoten Islands. Our instructor, Victoria, is skilled in various yoga styles and welcomes all ages and experience levels. Whether you want to energize, relax, or enjoy a unique experience together, we’ll tailor the class to your group’s needs.

You can either pay for a drop-in or purchase a 5-class clip card. You can buy this online or at the reception.

You can buy 5 class online or at reception.
You will receive a physical clip-card which our yoga teacher will take care of for you.
Clip cards are valid for 6-months.

We will provide the mats but bring your own if you prefer.

You can cancel until 16:00h on the day of class.
We have limited spots, so we would appreciate if you let us know as soon as possible so someone else can join.

Different layers of poses will be given adapted for all levels. However, if you have an injury, illness or are pregnant, please contact the instructor to have a chat first.
