About the classes
Modern day yoga with a focus on how the practice supports both body and mind in everyday life. My style blends elements of Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yoga Nidra, making the classes suitable for all levels — including complete beginners.

The Wednesday and Sunday sessions follow the same sequence, so you can join on whichever day suits you best. Each class is a full-body practice designed to improve flexibility, releasing tension, strength, balance, and breath awareness.

We always end with a 10–15 minute guided relaxation called Yoga Nidra — a powerful practice that helps reduce stress, keep focus, improve sleep, and restore overall wellbeing.

My aim is to create a calm, supportive space where everyone feels welcome, no matter their age or experience.

About the classes

Our yoga classes provide a compassionate and playful space for you to sense into how you are- both physically and mentally- and what you need that day. We wish to help you develop a deeper understanding and relationship with your mind and body to help you take care of you.

  • Reach out to us for personalized yoga and mindfulness classes perfect for any private group. We host sessions for a variety of events like weddings, birthdays, hen or stag parties, school trips, or simply for friends visiting the stunning Lofoten Islands. Our instructor, Victoria, is skilled in various yoga styles and welcomes all ages and experience levels. Whether you want to energize, relax, or enjoy a unique experience together, we’ll tailor the class to your group’s needs.

FAQs

  • You can either pay for a drop-in or purchase a 5-class clip card. You can buy this online or at the reception.

  • You can buy 5 class online or at reception.

    You will receive a physical clip-card which our yoga teacher will take care of for you.

    Clip cards are valid for 6-months.

  • We will provide the mats but bring your own if you prefer.

  • You can cancel until 16:00h on the day of class.

    We have limited spots, so we would appreciate if you let us know as soon as possible so someone else can join.

  • Different layers of poses will be given adapted for all levels. However, if you have an injury, illness or are pregnant, please contact the instructor to have a chat first.
