Let me introduce you to Santiago, our front desk manager and part-time explorer. Always friendly and ready to help, he does his best to keep everything running smoothly… or at least he tries. If he’s not at the desk, he’s probably somewhere in the Lofoten Islands with his shiny new €2000 car or perhaps he just took a wrong turn and doesn’t know how to get back to the hotel. Santiago lives in a road movie without GPS. He studied journalism, which explains his love for telling stories. And, like any true Argentinian, don’t be surprised if he starts talking to you about his football team San Lorenzo during check-in.
