Tilla is from Drammen, Norway,  36 years old. She is the General Manager of Skårungen. In other words, she is the big boss. But she is not a standard boss, she is the coolest boss you could ever imagine. She goes big or goes home.

She and Christer took over this place in 2020 without any experience and created the beautiful Skårungen you see today.

From a physiotherapist to a hotel owner, there are a thousand stories between those two crucial moments in her life.

Like most of us, she ended up in Lofoten captivated by its nature, and after coming every second month, they decided to stay.

Oh, and she always wears a cap, we have tried to count them but haven't managed yet.
